On April 14, 2014   the Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Grygorii Kaletnik in his speech at the conciliatory council of leaders of deputy factions and heads of parliamentary committees  offered  to add to  the agenda   the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (for improving the regulation of the relations  on objects of  real property "), Reg. № 2049 a.

The Chairman of the Committee said that adoption of this bill will allow to regulate the questions of  registration of property rights and land lease,  save time for registration of such rights, reduce queues and finally decide this problematic issue.

Grygorii Kaletnik drew  attention of the members of the  conciliatory council  and the First Vice Prime Minister to the problem that can encounter  Ukraine, if timely measures will not be taken to resolve the unreasonable increase of prices on fuel, fertilizer, tractors, combines, spare parts. Particular threat to rural workers will bring  excessively high  rates on bank loans. This will lead to a rise in prices to agricultural production and make food unaffordable for the majority of the citizens of Ukraine.

Also the Chairman of the Committee offered to  ban  the sale of food grains for export, stored last year by low prices to the Agrarian Fund, the State Food and Grain Company and regional funds. It should be  used  only to intervene in the domestic market to reduce the price of bread and bakery products.
