On April 4, 2014 in his speech at the conciliatory council of leaders of deputy factions and heads of parliamentary committees  the Chairman of the Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations Grygorii Kaletnik offered  to add to  the agenda  the next bills.

First of all, it is the draft law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine" On State Land Cadastre" about the abolishment of fee for entering of data into the State Land Cadastre and changes to them", the second reading, Reg. № 3061. The Chairman of the Committee noticed that  the adoption of this law are waiting not only  agricultural producers, but all the citizens of Ukraine as it’s  adoption  will allow them to save much money, especially during the conclusion of agreement of leases of land. Also it will help to avoid  social tension in the villagers.

Next to the consideration was offered the draft Law of Ukraine"On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding determination of the structure, content and order of approval of documentation on land use", the second reading, Reg. № 3238. Adoption of this project will give the opportunity to eliminate the ongoing abuses and corrupt practice in land relations which are faced by ordinary people during the process of registration of documentation on land use.

The Chairman of the Committee also offered to withdraw from the consideration the  included to the agenda  draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 122 of the Land Code of Ukraine about clarifying the powers of the central executive body that implements the state policy in the sphere of land relations", Reg. №  4286.

Due to the fact that during the consideration of this  bill at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on questions on agrarian policy and land relations it was find the way to resolve the question of transferring the right of disposal of agricultural land of public property from the capital to the district level  by the order of Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
