On 5^thNovember, 2013 the Verkhovna Rada ofUkraine adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Law" On State Land Cadastre" concerning the abolishment of payment for excepting of information into the State Land Cadastre and changes to them, "Reg. Number 3061, author Grygorii Kaletnik.

For this project voted 331 deputies ofUkraine.

It should be noted that the bill has the nature of social direction. The proof of this fact, after its final exception will be the abolishment of changing of payment for administrative services provided by the State Land Agency of  Ukraine, that is for state registration of land, state registration restrictions in land use, inclusion into the State land cadastre of information (amendments  to them) on lands within the territory of the administrative and territorial units and pieces of land.

This legislative initiative of the peoples’ deputy Grygorii Kaletnik will help ordinary people to save money and time for registration of their land rights, and will help to speed up the settlement of land questions by the local communities - for free.
