On 30thOctober, 2013 Grygorii Kaletnik visited theUniversity ofDonja Gorica (Podgorica,Montenegro) (hereinafter - UDG), were he got acquainted with the educational and scientific base, the main directions of development and history of the private university.

Under the participation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Montenegro; professor and doctor Petar Ivanovich, Rector of the UDG; professor and doctor Veselina Vutkovich, dean of Food Safety Faculty of UDG, First Vice -President of the All-Ukrainian Scientific, Education and Research Consortium, director of the Institute of Sugar Beet and Energy Crops of NAAS - Royik Mykola Volodymyrovych, Vice-Chancellor of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University, doctor of Agricultural Sciences, professor Oleksandr Yaremchuk and Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine in Montenegro Sliusarenko Oksana carried on negotiations on perspective areas of cooperation between the All-Ukrainian Scientific, Education and Research Consortium (hereinafter - Consortium) and UDG.

Grygorii Kaletnik noticed: "Foreign colleagues are impressed by the fact that we pay attention not only to the educational process, but also to a practical side, since it is the basic requirement of the European Union and in partnership with UDG we will have access to European funds."

The result of the meeting became signing of Agreement on partnership, cooperation and scientific exchange between the Consortium and UDG, which will allow not only to make exchange of students, conduct the lectures by scientists, but also jointly engage in the development of bioenergy, biotechnologies, safety and quality of food, organic food technologies, microbiology, veterinary medicine and genetics.

Grygorii Kaletnik, summing up, said: "Our partnership will provide tremendous opportunities for young people who can work in such projects and be involved in science, because the development of bioenergy is not only a strategic direction in Ukraine, but also the way for energetic, ecological and economic security of both countries."
