On 27thAugust a Special Meeting of Founders of Educational- scientific-industrial complex "Allukrainian scientific-educational consortium " took place in Vinnytsia National Agrarian University. In the meeting, which was led by President of VNAU Kaletnik H.M. and Director of the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beet at National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine Royik M.V took part President of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine Petrychenko V.F., Director of Food Department at Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Kuts’ O.I., oblast executives and founders.All the participants of the meeting were acquainted with the main directions of work of VNAU and the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beet of NAASU. There was approved the Statute and Regulation of the activities. Also it was signed the Memorandum of the Consortium and elected the President and First Vice President at the meeting. H.M. Kaletnik became the President of the Consortium and M.V. Royik became the First Vice President.
« First of all , I thank all the staff of the Consortium , NAAS, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine for assistance in preparing documents, supporting , through which the Resolution "On the establishment of Educational- scientific-industrial complex "Allukrainian scientific-educational consortium " from 11.07.2013 , № 546 was adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This Resolution provides the consolidation of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University and the Institute of bioenergy crops and sugar beets with their 9 research, experimental breeding farms and 9 colleges. I am grateful to the Government for understanding and signing of the Decree, we will work to put into practice all our plans, because we went to this more than two years, through hard work, analysis and study of the situation in modern science, agricultural economics and the labor market» - said Grygoriy Kaletnik.

The experience of developed countries shows a new form of association of research institutions, businesses, and industrial structures around a strong university or training center, which was called science parks, valleys, systems or consortia. The main purpose of this symbiosis of education, research and production facilities is to encourage the transfer of technology from academic teaching and research institutions directly into production» -mentioned the President of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University .

A consortium is the only way, which will most effectively and efficiently consolidate the potential of science, education and production, facilitating the transition of the agricultural sector to the innovative development model» - added
