I sincerely congratulate you with an outstanding national holiday - the Constitution Day of Ukraine!

The adoption of the Constitution marked a fundamental strengthening of our independence, desire of Ukrainian people to live in their own sovereign and unified state.

Ukrainian nation has made an irreversible choice in favor of national self-determination and rule of law, establishment in Ukraine of European political, social, economic and humanitarian standards for human rights and freedoms.

The basis for functioning and development of each country - is the Constitution, which contains the basic, immutable principles of its existence. The Constitution of 1996 is the determining factor in the sovereignty of Ukraine, consolidation of society, creation of appropriate conditions for self-identity; it makes emphasize on the absolute value of human life, health, dignity, inviolability and security.

We should not forget that the constitutional rules, whether they are advanced and democratic, can’t change by itself peoples’ lives for the better. Today, in order to convert the content into the result, we need responsibility and dedication for one purpose - prosperity of Ukraine as a civilized European country.
