The agenda for consideration by the people’s deputies - members of the Committee was a number of draft bills, according to consideration of which, were adopted the following decisions:

- Reg. № 2512 from 12.03.2013, the draft bill of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Land and Forest Codes of Ukraine regarding maintaining of   secured zones of the objects of electricity transmission", submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine - consideration was transferred because of the absence of the speaker;

- Reg. № 2421 from 28.02.2013, draft bill of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine and Other Legislative Acts of Ukraine (regarding the agreement of its statements with the new mechanism of state registration of land and property rights)," submitted by the people’s deputy  of Ukraine Omelianovych D.S. – to recommend the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to take this draft bill as basis;

- Reg. № 2449 from 01.03.2013, the draft bill of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine (regarding the determining of irrigated lands and sum of rents)" submitted by the deputies of Ukraine Opanaschenko  M.V. and Rybakov I.O. – to recommend the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to reject the given draft bill.

- Reg. № 2404 from 2702.2013, the draft bill of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the identification and registration of animals", submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine – the consideration was postponed for the next session;

- Reg. № 0979 of 12.12.2012, Proposition of the President of Ukraine on the Law of Ukraine "On the production and circulation of organic agricultural products and raw materials" - to recommend the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to agree with the proposals of the President, to consider them as a whole and adopt the draft bill.

- Reg. № 2460 from 05.03.2013, the draft bill of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine) in the part of observance of rules of wine production and vineyard management", submitted by the people’s deputy of Ukraine Deich B.D. - consideration was postponed for the next session.
