On 16^th October Grygorii Kaletnik greeted the citizens of the village Chortoria with a great holiday – opening of ambulance clinic. It's really an important event for the local community, as construction and repair of social objects affects the emotional and psychological state of people. It is necessary for each person. Villagers have to live in such conditions, for to be able to meet their social needs.

During the meeting Grygorii Kaletnik noticed: " By their own efforts they support healthcare at a high level , show attention and tolerance for people. What they do - is the foundation , especially in such difficult conditions , where each entrepreneur in a market economy , aims at making profit and  unfortunately , not every owner wants to share their profits and invest them in the development of social infrastructure of the village. We have a lot of farm managers who possess a certain part of land revenue derived from it , crash heavy road vehicles, carrying their loads , but don’t give a penny in repairs for maintenance of schools, kindergartens and FAPs "
